This was our very first hostel experience and to be quite honest we couldnt have hoped for a better one. From the time we arrived we felt like we were at home, everyone was so nice and pleasant to be around to when we felt those heart strings tug when it came time for us to leave, We will most def will be back...

Message: I stayed at India House in the Winter of '02, and was welcomed by a bevy of colorful and friendly characters, fun and comfy accomodations and homecooked breakfasts (great after a long night of "laissez les bon temps rouler")!

I stayed in one of the private rooms and lingered on warm breezy nights out by the pool, regrouping before hitting the Quarter again.

Pennsylania Dave with the Misfits tattoo, and the awesome staff and residents of NoLa! My heart is with ya!

Message: this was the first hostel i had ever stayed at. had a great time at INDIA HOUSE. if your traveling this is the place you need to stay at... its a verv relaxing place and the people there are very nice.

Message: My four girlfriends and I only stayed one night but loved every second! Gordy took us on an alcohol hunt after a lush bbq and the night was fantastic. Such a great atmosphere, I have got to come back soon, if money will allow! Thanks for a great night xXx
